RORY F. MEYERS

Managing Partner

Founding member of PLEXUS Solutions, a boutique firm that provides financial and strategic advisory, consulting and asset management services to a variety of clients in the Sustainable Infrastructure sector. Prior to PLEXUS, Rory was a Vice President in the Global Markets Solutions Group within the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse. Mr. Meyers joined Credit Suisse in 2007 and sourced, negotiated, executed and actively managed 20 renewable energy deals spanning 6 years. Transactions included ~$2.6bn of principal tax efficient investments, debt structuring and placement agent for ~$310mm (FMV) of Residential and C&I solar portfolios, and ~$8.1bn (FMV) of various renewable energy advisory and M&A assignments. Client relationships included First Wind, Invenergy, Wind Capital Partners, Bloom Energy, Sunrun, SolarCity, SunPower, NRG, Clean Power Finance, Vivint Solar, Standard Solar and Onyx Renewables. In addition to client relationships Rory has developed strong rapport with active renewable energy financiers including Banks, Infrastructure Funds, FinCos, Family Offices, PE Funds and other active market participants.

Mr. Meyers graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California Riverside with a B.S. in Business Administration.

ANGEL FIERRO

Managing Partner

Angel is a Managing Partner of PLEXUS Solutions acting as advisor to developers and finance groups in the renewable energy sectors. Currently acting as board observer of AMP Energy, and investment committee member for a global solar developer based in the UK. Previously, he was head of corporate and structured finance at Sungevity, Inc., a residential solar installer. During his ten months at Sungevity, Angel raised approximately $70mm in multiple corporate and asset financings and also led the process to sell the company. Prior to Sungevity, Angel developed a $2.8bn natural gas to methanol plant where he led the commercial and financing activities. While at South Louisiana Methanol, Angel raised over $250mm in development equity, $500mm in construction equity and structured and negotiated a methanol offtake contract with value over $4.5bn. Angel was also an investment banker for more than 15 years for Citigroup, Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas, and head of alternative energy for Seaport Global Securities. As an energy investment banker his focus was primarily on the renewable energy asset classes: solar, wind, gas, hydro, biomass but also the fuels asset classes: oil and gas, biofuels sectors. Angel is also a board advisor to ZEEP Inc. and the South Louisiana Methanol project in St. James, Louisiana.

Angel received his BS in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University.

STEPHANIE RESNICK

Asset Management

Stephanie oversees financial operations including asset management for PLEXUS Solutions. Stephanie has been working in the energy and compliance space for over 8 years. Prior to PLEXUS, she managed the Finance Operations and Compliance Departments at Sungevity. She oversaw the tranching of +$300M assets across multiple portfolios from 2013 to 2017. This included the full scope of asset management; portfolio analysis, post interconnection contract management, collections, default proceedings and vendor relationships. As a Project Manager she coordinated and led contractors and design teams for over 2MW of residential and commercial solar projects. She started her career at General Electric's International Law and Policy Office, partnering with the legal division in advising the incoming Obama administration on domestic and foreign energy and trade policy.

Stephanie received her BA in International Relations and Sustainability from Boston University.
